提高链式输送机使用寿命方法

The method of improving the service life of the chain conveyor

（1）链轮的磨损及维护。链轮在长期使用过程中由于不断损耗，链轮齿轮容易出现磨损，造成链轮和链条咬合不稳，甚至出现吊链的现象。昱音机械通过对用户的使用情况进行总结，然后对链轮进行了一些技术改进。链轮采用耐磨片式组合链轮，由轮毂与耐磨护片组合而成，而耐磨护片经特殊热处理后，硬度适中、强度高与耐磨性能好。半齿结构的轮齿其主轴每转两圈轮齿才与链条啮合一次，使得轮齿的使用寿命为非半齿结构轮齿的2倍。即使磨损后也只需要更换护片，换护片时，不用拆开轴承组件即可简单地更换。轮毂仍然可以长期使用，既节省时间，节约材料，又降低维修费用，有效的延长了部件的使用寿命。

（2）输送链的维护。链板输送机的输送链是最容易出现磨损的部件之一，为了减少对链条的维护，昱音机械采用板链式高强度耐磨链条，链条材料选用优质合金结构钢并经特殊热处理及抛丸处理，性能优良，具有极高的精度和光洁度，确保稳定，耐磨，提升输送链条的使用寿命。为了延长链条使用寿命，采用了密封加油润滑装置，该装置可节能5～10%，同时又减少噪音。
