2） 刮板传动链条跳链：一是内部有异物；二是下料口被堵塞，出料不畅； 使传动链条与齿轮啮合不好或磨损过大。四是刮板传动链条过松；

3） 内部异响：跑偏或链条过松；

5） 内部输送链条断开：链条上的滚筒磨破导致连接螺栓断开；

6）电机故障：电机起动不起来或起动之后又立即缓慢停下来、电机发热、电机声音不正常等；

7）机头、机尾翻翘事故：向机头方向正转起动；在下槽被卡阻，负载骤增；在机头（尾）部分出槽；

8）减速机故障：外壳过热、油温过高、声音不正常、漏油等；

9）在刮板输送机上夹伤人事故：人在停止或运转中的溜槽内作业；开刮板输送机时，操作室未发出警告信号，以通知有关人员离开运输机；用手调刮板链的办法来临时处理飘链而夹伤。
